Returns & Exchanges
Because our pieces are handmade and often one-of-a-kind, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or materially different from what was ordered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Hygiene
For health and safety reasons, lingerie and intimates cannot be returned once the hygiene seal is broken.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
